It’s been a while….almost 4 months since my last post. I can only plead being busy together with a bit of wondering if it’s worth it – Is it worth the thought and time to create each blog post?
And by virtue of the fact that I am writing this entry, I have clearly come to the conclusion that it is worth it. Not because it generates profile, or new clients, or more money, but because it allows me to explore some of the things that otherwise sit in my head and as it builds, this blog demonstrates how we as a company (and I as a leader) are developing.
Over the last year, we have grown really quickly and it’s recognised by others – just today I was invited (along with several other event managers) to contribute my opinion to The Hotel Inspector programme about a venue in South Devon. I still feel like I am here by accident but I know that we will stay here (or even grow more) depending on how we respond to opportunities and our new levels of profile. Right from the start, we have always taken a positive approach and clients, partners, audience, volunteers and suppliers like it! As a starting point, let’s have a chat about it and see where it might go.
